Chicken and Pesto

Pesto Ingredients
5 cups of raw greens (It can be a mix of greens or just one of them: spinach, basil, kale) 1⁄2 cup of nuts (walnuts or pine nuts)
1⁄2 cup shredded cheese (organic parmesan cheese)
1 clove garlic (optional)
1⁄2 cup olive oil
Pink salt and black pepper
Chicken Ingredients
4-5 oz chicken breasts
Juice of half a lemon
Pink salt and black pepper Spices
Instructions:
1.Blend all the pesto ingredients in a food processor until uniform. If needed add more olive oil. The pesto can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days.
2.Arrange the chicken breasts and season with lemon juice, spices, salt and pepper on both sides
3.Heat a grilling pan and cook the chicken with olive oil
4.Once cooked spread 1 tbsp of pesto over the chicken
