Sautéed Spinach

Ingredients:
7 oz fresh spinach
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp olive oil
Pink salt, black pepper and pepperoncini
Instructions:
1.Heat the sauté pan with the olive oil on medium/high.
2.Mince the garlic clove and add it to the pan so the oil can infuse the garlic flavor. Do not overcook so it doesn’t burn. Add the spinach and cook for 5 minutes, until soft.
3.Before serving add salt, black pepper and pepperoncini.
