Poached Salmon

Ingredients:
2 portions of salmon
Fresh bay leaves
½ cup white wine
1 garlic clove
Pink salt and black pepper
Instructions:
1.Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
2.Arrange the salmon on the baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
3.Over the salmon add 2 bay leaves per portion. Smash the clove with the back of the knife and add it to the tray so it infuses the fish, and the wine.
4.Cover the dish with foil and cook for 25 / 30 minutes.
Pairing recommendation: Fennel salad and sliced avocado
