Every participant in the Teen Weight Loss Program is invited to attend our monthly group reinforcement hypnosis sessions at no additional charge. These sessions are designed to strengthen healthy habits, reinforce motivation, and provide continued support as your teen grows and encounters new challenges.

If your teen is unable to attend a live session, a recording will be provided, allowing them to receive the same reinforcement and encouragement at a time that works best for them.
