July Meditation - Sacred Summer


Today I bring you our July meditation in hopes that you will just take this brief meditation today and think about these words reconnect to what really matters, we live in a world of such utter chaos. Let's move away from that right now. And I want to begin by reminding you that this day this very moment is yours it is yours to shape it is yours to create and yours to experience own it

It is summer, sacred summer. Long days where time stands still and yet all around you the world is very very busy. Birds sing, insects buzz -- all around you is a world of green and blue a world of colors, shapes and designs. Just stop for a moment simply feel the wind, touch your face, feel the sun on your skin. Outside the air is rich with summers scents invite them in. Smells trigger a lifetime of summer memories. So inhale and remember smell. Breathe. Now sit be still and be quiet. For now, it is time to come erasing thoughts. Focus on what really matters. Beyond money beyond stress beyond work.

In this moment, find three reasons you are grateful. Let them come to you. Let them roll over in your mind and then truly appreciate choose to feel gratitude. Today is today. Past is past you cannot change the past but we can change today. Do you still harbor anger? Resentment, offense. For what flaws? For what failures? For what mistakes? Stop. Release dare to heal. To forgive. Forgive yourself. Let your forgiveness release you from your shame. Forgiveness rolls out like a wave of emotional diplomacy. It touches the lives of each and every one around you

Let it the past is the past that you can change today. Our memories change as we change our focus. As the past comes into perspective, be free of the trauma of the hurt of the pain, the pain of life. Let's now be free from the past. Go now. Make new memories memories of happiness, love, freedom and fun. Carrying every lesson life has given you do you still blame yourself?

Feel forgiveness, and the freedom within that forgiveness. That mental clutter is a burden. Like a yoke on your shoulders. The weight of blame and shame. Hurry, stress and worry. Simply choose to drop the burden. Choose to set down the weight of the pain and the trauma.

Now among the many demands and influences around you, move through the world with integrity. Move with clarity and move with purpose. You are grounded in reality grounded in the present. You are ready to face the world you have within you the power to maintain your dignity in the face of any challenge in the face of your challenges. Returning to balance feel the profound wisdom of the body. I say that again. Feel the profound wisdom of the body. The very first thing you ever encased. Listen to it. Listen to your precious body. Each breath each breatheach moment. It has something that you need.

Life is beautiful. Get outside experience your world. No matter what your age.

Make time to play.

Be happy.

This day is yours.

Get out and embrace it.

Free of your burdens. Be Light.

This moment is yours. rise to meet it.

Be joyful. Smile. Breathe and go slow.

Feel the wind on your face. Feel the sun touch your skin.

It is time to begin again.
